My query is about installing volume license edition of Visio by MSI installer on the same pc which has office retail version installed by the Click-To-Run installer.

I can conclude from your reply that it is not even possible with the help of the Office Deployment Tool to install MSI Visio volume license edition on the machine which has Click-To-Run Office installed.

Of course, we can make it possible by downloading Click-To-Run Visio volume license edition with the help of ODT and then install it on the same machine. If I am in mistaken then please correct it.
