I am only having trouble on my computer. Yes, I have tried installing it using Compatibility features and got the same results. I did notice that on my computer only, when seeking compatibility mode it only says \”with previous versions of windows\” rather than naming a specific version as it usually does. I have tried many things to get this program app to work on my now Windows 10 computer since it is one that I use often with my students. So far, nothing I have tried has worked and I will appreciate any advice or help you can provide.

Incidentally, one thing I tried was uninstalling it completely and then trying to reinstall it and it will not reinstall. My husband tried installing it on his Windows 10 computer and it went in with no problem. Also, someone somewhere asked how I did this Windows 10 installation. I have used the Windows Update method on all of the computers I have done this on since I have many programs and documents that needed to be maintained and a clean install would have been impossible.

I have not had a problem with any of the other computers I have done, and that includes 38 other student computers in my computer lab.
